Tough times for year round and short term rentals right now. People are not changing rentals because we rent them as fast as we get them. Please keep checking our site for updated news on the rental market and the pages on the type of rental you may be looking for.   After 30 years it was time to retire from booking weekly Vacation rentals and the property management portion of our business.

We now specialize in year round and off-season(Sept. to June) rental properties as well as a few LONG term Vacation rentals. (monthly or longer)
