Boats are restricted to a 10 hp motor or less.  There are two large decks on either side of the house for grilling or just relaxing.
This property is about 6 miles to downtown Wolfeboro, Lake Winnipesaukee as well as Lake Wentoworth.  
 
The main floor of this home has kitchen, full bath, one bedroom with queen, a second bedroom with two twins, living room area, and sliders out to a beautiful sunroom with dining table and chairs as well as a sofa and chairs.
 
The second floor is a loft with one queen and and two twins close together. Note:  The twins are under the slanted ceiling.
