Air conditioned cozy one- bedroom (Queen size bed) cottage, sleeps two with beach access to Black Point Association beach.  Great cottage to come and get out of the summer heat of Florida or just be here for the summer months in the Lakes Region.  Great area to take walks.  Large sand association beach with volley ball area.  Also a boat ramp to launch your boat daily to fish or do water sports.  Cottage has an equipped kitchen with microwave, gas stove, toaster oven, toaster, drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, bakeware.  Sheets and towels are supplied.
 
Cottage has a Fiber Optic tv along with cable tv.  This unit has washer/dryer in the basement.  AIr conditioning unit in the living.  Small screened porch with table, chairs and daybed.  Small Webber grill included

$1400./2 week rental  plus $119. NH Room Tax (8.5%), a $100.00 cleaning charge and a refundable damage deposit of $300.00
