The views of the lake from the large windows are stunning.
Master bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with a jaccuzi tub. Bedroom two and three have two twin beds in each. A second full bathroom is located down the hall.
**Pillows and blankets are available.
**Bring your sheets and towels.
**Laundry in the basement
**House has well water.
**Dock can accomodate a 27" boat.

Owner stores their boats in the boathouse and the the right of the boathouse. Renters have the use of the long pier for docking.
This property also has access to the assocation beach.
$2795.00 Rental + $251.55 Tax + $150.00 Cleaning + $500.00 Security Deposit (refundable)

BLACK POINT ASSOCIATION BOAT LAUNCH AND BEACH RULES
Renters are allowed to use the association beach to swim. Renters must supply and remove your own beach chairs, etc. each time. (No overnight storage) Renters can use the picnic tables there. Renters can use the trash barrels and Port-o-Potty.
Renters can launch/retrieve a boat at the beach up to the end of July. Water gets too shallow after the end of July. Renters should use Robert's Cove Marina for a small fee to put in your boat after July 30th. Renters are not allowed to tie up to docks, go on the docks or to park trailers on the beach or adjacent fields.
If renters are questioned by the residents at the beach, they are to say they are renting the Callahan or Mitchell cottage.
Callahan's tenants can park their trailer under the power line off the unpaved part of the cottage driveway.
