Rent a boat for the week, take a scuba diving lesson, rent a wave runner or just read that 500 page novel you haven't had time to read. This cottage is delightful. Families come back year after year.
This nestled cottage is all on one floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans as well as lobster pots, dishes, silverware, baking dishes, hand mixer, electric tea pot, staples (flour-sugar-spices), blender, drip coffee maker, no k-cups maker, microwave, electric stove, 2 refrigerators, toaster oven. The only thing the kitchen does not have is a dishwasher. There are two sitting areas on each side of the house with views of the lake through the the many floor to ceiling windows and the slider. One sitting area has a TV with cable and WIFI is available.
Down the hall from the sitting room, there is a maze of bedrooms: Bedroom one has 2 twin beds. Bedroom two has a queen bed and the small room attached to this bedroom one twin. Bedroom three has 2 twin beds and bedroom four as two twins. The living room has a pull out sofa. You will find two full baths in this area also.
All the bedrooms have window fans along with ceiling fans in the two sitting areas.
The large outside deck is great. It has a roof so even if it is raining you can sit out there and grill. There are plenty of Adirondack chairs along with a gas grill.
The dock will handle one large boat and a smaller boat like a kayak or sailboat. The water is about 2 feet deep at shoreline around the dock area and 6" deep at the beginning of the beach area.
